You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. MintEdge is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. User Data and Financial Information

All financial data you enter into MintEdge (transactions, budgets, income, expenses) is provided voluntarily. You retain ownership of your data. MintEdge does not connect to your bank accounts or access real financial institution data unless you explicitly authorize a third-party integration.

You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter. MintEdge provides tools for tracking and analysis but does not provide financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial advisor for personalized financial guidance.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use MintEdge for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service or its systems.

MintEdge displays advertisements through Google AdSense to support the free service. By using MintEdge, you agree to the display of advertisements. We do not endorse the products or services advertised. Ad content is controlled by Google and subject to Google's advertising policies.

The MintEdge application, including its design, code, content, and branding, is owned by MintEdge and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

MintEdge is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. Financial calculations and projections are for informational purposes only and do not constitute financial advice.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MintEdge shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or financial losses resulting from reliance on app calculations.

10. Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the app settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of MintEdge after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
